IF you want to check all the comments made by your visitors before letting them publish on your blog than you should select "Moderate Comments".

How to Approve a Comment Made on Your Blogger Blog ?
- Login to Blogger.com
- Go to "Dashboard".
- Go to "Settings".
- Select "Comments".
- Click on yes to enable moderation.
- Go to Posting tab click there and select "Moderate Comments".
- To publish comments, select the comments and click on "Publish"
- To reject comments, select the comments and click on "Rejecct".
