- Upload PDF file on webhost like Filefactory or mediahost. It will give you a heyperlink of each upload and that hyperlink you can use on Blogger.
- Login to blogger.com
- Click on "New Post" to create new post.
- Enter the new entry and link to with hyperlink.
- To link Click on Link tab and enter the hyperlink and the text on which you want to link. Enter text in "text to Display" and hyperlink in "Web Address".
- Click Ok.
- Click "Publish" Button to publish the post.
