- Go to amazon.com. Click on the "Your Account" link. Enter your email and password and click on "Sign In". If due to any reason you not able to access your account then call Amazon customer service at 866-216-1072.
- You can View, track and change orders by clicking on "Your orders" on information page. This page will show all recent orders that you have placed.
- Click on order to view details. Click on the "Show" box to see order details and view older orders and another date range.
- See order details and check actual or estimated delivery and dates, order number, tracking information and price. You can also return the product from the page.
