Click on "My Website".

Click Profile widget.

Enter information and click on "Settings".

Click "Appearance" to choose design.

Click "Dimensions" to choose dimensions.

Click "Test settings" button to preview.

Click on "Finish & Grab Code".

Click on "Add to Blogger".

Follow instructions and login to blogger and add widget.
