• Go to Amazon.com


• Click on "Sign In".


• Click on "Forgot Password".


• Enter email address associated to your account and captcha then click on "Continue".


• Now open your email and find password reset email that you have received from Amazon.


• Click the link that you see in your email.


• Enter new password and reenter the same again.


• Click on "Save Changes".


• Click on "Continue Shopping".


• Click on "Sign In".


• Enter your id and new password and click on "Sign in using our secure server".
