This new local pack design is known as “snack pack”. Results in search results are based on local intent queries. This newly tested local pack is displaying images and logos for some searchers.

Usually local search pack contains the business name, Map, location and reviews. You can see in above image that in one result it shows map image and in other it shows logo of the company.
